Duties include ironmongery works, fire door adjustments, installation of intumescent strips, repairs to furniture and fittings, skirting and architrave works, and minor roofing and kitchen fitting tasks. Unlike site based roles, this position offers consistent hours, structured working patterns and the opportunity to develop additional specialist skills through training.The ideal candidate will have proven carpentry maintenance or handyman experience with a strong understanding of ironmongery and fire door work. You will be self motivated, organised and capable of managing your workload across a busy estate environment. A positive attitude, flexibility and strong work ethic are essential.
