We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-focused Holiday Let Cleaner to join our team and help ensure our holiday properties are consistently clean, fresh and welcoming for every guest.

The role will involve regular weekday cleaning, generally between 10am and 4pm, with some weekend work required depending on guest changeovers and bookings. Flexibility around working days is therefore important.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare holiday lets between guests
• Change and make beds to a high standard
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise throughout the property
• Ensure properties are presented to an excellent standard before guests arrive
• Replace toiletries, supplies and other guest essentials when required
• Manage laundry and linen appropriately
• Check for and report any damage, maintenance issues or missing items
• Ensure cleaning is completed within the required changeover time
• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Someone with a good eye for detail who takes pride in their work
• Experienced in cleaning, ideally in holiday lets, hotels, guest houses or similar
• Able to work independently and manage their time effectively
• Flexible and willing to work some weekends when required
• Comfortable with the physical demands of cleaning
• Organised and able to work efficiently to deadlines
• Friendly, professional and respectful of guests' properties
• Able to travel reliably to the property or properties
