Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to join our team on a variable-hours basis.

The Role

This is a varied cleaning role, so no two days will necessarily be the same. You may work across a range of properties throughout Somerset, including:

• Private homes
• Commercial properties and offices
• Holiday lets and Airbnb properties
• End-of-tenancy properties
• Deep cleans
• One-off cleaning jobs
• Other properties and sites covered by Sleek Easy Clean

Hours and locations will vary depending on bookings and business requirements, making this role suitable for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility.

Your Responsibilities

Your duties may include:

• General cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Making beds and preparing holiday lets for incoming guests
• Changing bedding and towels
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Following cleaning checklists and client instructions
• Ensuring properties are left to a high standard
• Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or concerns to the office
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Travelling between different jobs and locations when required

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but is not essential for the right person, as training can be provided.

A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the various locations covered.

Hours

This is a variable-hours position, meaning the number of hours available may change from week to week depending on bookings and business requirements.

There may be opportunities for additional hours as the company continues to grow.

Work can include weekdays and weekends, with different shift times depending on the type and location of the clean.
