Glastonbury Abbey is seeking a skilled finance professional to join its senior leadership team. The role involves leading on all financial, governance, and administrative functions, ensuring robust systems, legal compliance, and effective financial planning at this internationally renowned heritage site.
Reporting to the Director, the postholder will manage the finance team, serve as Company Secretary, oversee HR, and support the delivery of the charity's objectives. Applicants must be qualified accountants with senior management experience—ideally in the heritage or charity sectors—alongside commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
