You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of buildings and facilities, including teaching buildings, boarding houses, sports venues, commercial kitchens, libraries, and swimming pools.This hands-on role involves carrying out inspections and evaluations across the campus, including fire safety, asbestos management, water hygiene, radon monitoring, and equipment compliance. You will produce accurate reports, maintain up-to-date compliance records, and ensure timely resolution of remedial works. This role offers a rare chance to take real ownership of compliance within a thriving school environment.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, confident in questioning processes where appropriate, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider Estates team. A relevant HNC/HND/Degree in construction or built environment is desirable, along with IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
