This company, established 25+ years ago have since seen rapid growth, now with over 250 employees across 10 UK sites. They specialise in drainage, offering a range of services to a large commercial client base, working closely with Somerset Council. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their ever-growing team.

In this dynamic role you will work closely with the Supervisor, receiving specialist training in the Drainage industry. You will be responsible for leading on site activities, with a particular focus on site Health and Safety, PPE and audits. You will manage the Contract lifecycle, pricing and quoting for work, with regional travel throughout Somerset.

This role would suit a Contract Manager from a Construction or Drainage background looking to join a well-established company offering training and progression routes through to a Regional Director role.

The Role:

  • Lead on site activities, including Health and Safety.
  • Pricing and quoting for work.
  • Travel to sites across Somerset.
  • Monday - Friday role.

The Person:

  • Contracts Manager or similar.
  • Background in Construction or Drainage.
  • Commutable to Glastonbury office.
