About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to design, create, prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents. You'll manage the kitchen team and ensure food is prepared in a clean, hygienic and safe environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all financial paperwork is completed within the required timescales
• Producing food to the correct standard and in the correct quantities to avoid waste
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Providing leadership and development to the catering team

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent catering skills and experience in a catering environment
• Is keen to undergo training and further development
• Is flexible, reliable and demonstrates strong leadership skills
• Works well as part of a wider, person-centred team
