Job with a view (and a ledger): Glastonbury Abbey wants a Finance & Support Officer

Glastonbury Abbey is on the hunt for an organised, detail-savvy Finance & Support Officer to help keep the books balanced and the Abbey running smoothly.

You'll be based in Abbey House, the handsome Georgian one nestled inside 40 acres of historic grounds, working closely with the Head of Finance on everything from payroll and pensions to reporting, reconciliations and the odd spreadsheet rescue mission.

There's also wider support across teams, so you'll never be bored, and your work will help underpin the future of one of Britain's most iconic heritage sites.

• Location: Abbey House, Glastonbury Abbey
• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: Full-time (37.5), part-time (30) considered
• Salary: £27,200 – £28,000 (pro rata if part-time)
• Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
