Weekly 5Rhythms Dance, 7.30pm to 9.30pm, doors open at 7.15pm and close at 8pm or when we are full.
A guided movement meditation practice suitable for all.
Plenty of space for you in a warm and welcoming group.
Sliding scale: £14-£12-£10.
