Our fabulous 16-hour slow roasted shoulder of lamb with goose fat roasted King Edwards, cauliflower cheese, Vichy carrots, honey roasted parsnips, smoky bacon and cumin fried Savoy cabbage, giant Yorkshire pudding, homemade mint sauce and rich red wine gravy
