Feeling creative this festive season? Why not turn your imagination into cash for you and a local charity by making your own Christmas decorations.
The Co-op is looking to spread cheer and sustainability this Christmas by running a 'Design your own Christmas decoration' competition. The contest aims to reduce waste during the holiday season using everyday recyclable materials.
Creating Christmas decorations is not just a great way to save money but a fabulous activity to get the whole family involved in the festive preparations. Even better, you could win a £200 cheque for yourself and £200 for a charity close to your heart.
To enter, simply craft your decoration and send a photo of it to [email protected] by 11pm on Wednesday, 20 December 2023. If you're short on ideas, Co-op has provided a template to inspire you, which can be found here.
It's worth noting that when Co-op members purchase selected Co-op branded products and services, 2p for every £1 spent goes into their Co-op membership account. The Co-op also matches this to support community organisations and local causes. For more information on becoming a Co-op member and further terms and conditions, visit coop.co.uk/membership.
So why not get into the Christmas spirit by crafting something special, all while contributing to a good cause?
