A car caught fire after a two-vehicle crash in Glastonbury yesterday evening (November 11).

Just before 6pm, one fire appliance from Glastonbury was sent to a report of a vehicle on fire following a road traffic collision in Sedgemoor Way in the town.

On arrival crews confirmed that the incident involved two vehicles and that no one was trapped.

There was a small fire within the engine bay of one vehicle that was extinguished by fire crews using one hose reel. Ambulance and police also attended.
